The
Wildlife Corridor

A prime example of FivePoint’s dedication to nature and sustainability is the wildlife corridor in Great Park Neighborhoods® designed to connect and replenish vibrant ecosystems surrounding the site. The wildlife corridor is a safe passage for native animals, such as the gray fox and the arroyo toad, as they travel between the mountain reserves to the north and the coastal reserves to the south. To further support native species, FivePoint will channel water from Borrego Creek, creating a life-sustaining water source for plants and animals. While the wildlife corridor is off-limits to humans, it offers exceptional views of nature for homeowners and visitors in adjacent neighborhoods.

Approximately 2,000 prickly pear cacti

and 800 cholla cacti were replanted in the wildlife corridor.

The wildlife corridor totals approximately 178 acres.
