FivePoint COO Lynn Jochim Recognized for Career Achievements

The Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce selected FivePoint Chief Operating Officer Lynn Jochim as the recipient of an International Women’s Day Award for her career accomplishments, community impact, and inspiration to future generations of women leaders. Jochim was among eight women honored by the Chamber as part of its annual Women of Influence event on March 24, 2021.

“I share this International Women’s Day Award with all the women within FivePoint who bring their own unique talents and perspectives to our mission,” Jochim said.

Jochim has been a key member of the FivePoint leadership team since its inception and has worked with the team for more than 20 years.

Through her role, Jochim implements solutions to some of California’s biggest challenges -- job creation, climate change, the environment, mobility, and the lack of affordable housing and housing inventory—as she oversees day-to-day community operations in Irvine, Los Angeles County and San Francisco.

FivePoint’s inclusive, mixed-use communities include Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, FivePoint Valencia (formerly Newhall Ranch) in Los Angeles County, and FivePoint Candlestick / The San Francisco Shipyard in San Francisco. Together, these mixed-use communities are planned to include approximately 40,000 residential homes and 23 million square feet of commercial space, while generating approximately 288,000 jobs during construction and $54 billion in activity for the California economy.
