The approximately 4.3 million square foot Urban Innovation District is planned to be an incubator for new businesses. This district is anticipated to include modern office, laboratory, and R&D space and will exist alongside a community of over 300 working artists. Space will be reserved for a business incubator for emerging technologies, including clean tech, biotech, green businesses, arts, and digital media companies.
