The recent sale of 487 additional homesites within the 1,268-homesite first development area of FivePoint Valencia is the next step in an overall plan for a community of approximately 21,000 homes, 11.5 million square feet of commercial space, and 10,000 acres of open space. The first development area also includes 1.5 million square feet of the total planned commercial space, with an expected focus on healthcare providers, life science companies and lifestyle-focused uses in this area.
