One of the nation’s largest and most prestigious homebuilding associations just gave a serious shout-out to Novel Park, a new community within FivePoint’s Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine.
Novel Park received a Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award in the Best Condominium Community category during a March 4 virtual ceremony hosted by the National Association of Home Builders, a 140,000-member organization that serves as a leading voice in the housing industry. The annual awards highlight creative development concepts, innovative design, and superior management of multifamily communities.
Novel Park was honored for its stylish home collections and their close proximity to parks, trails, top-rated schools, dog parks, a community center and coffeehouse. The walkable and bikeable neighborhood also has direct access to entertainment, sports, and recreation at the adjacent Orange County Great Park.
The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award is the latest recognition for excellence in design, architecture and planning within Great Park Neighborhoods, which has received more than 100 honors since the community’s first neighborhood, Pavilion Park, opened in 2013.
