Chairman and CEO Emile Haddad hosted an impromptu gathering of employees on Dec. 2, 2019 to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the company’s new corporate home, which is adjacent to the Orange County Great Park and its Great Park Neighborhoods development. Its proximity to Irvine-based partners – not to mention major freeways, train transportation, retail centers, entertainment, schools and homes – further validated the location.

FivePoint moved into a new four-story building on the FivePoint Gateway campus at the intersection of Barranca and Alton parkways in December 2018 and shares the building with homebuilder Lennar.

Two other buildings within the four-building office campus are occupied by technology company Broadcom. The fourth building is scheduled to be occupied by City of Hope. In all, the FivePoint Gateway complex has more than 1 million square feet of office and R&D space.

FivePoint Gateway and the surrounding area continue to gain traction as hubs of commerce, collaboration and innovation. It also ensures Irvine will remain a desirable destination for recruiting and keeping future generations of talent in Orange County.
