This ambitious vision for sustainable and environmentally-responsible living is taking shape today within Los Angeles County at FivePoint Valencia, which is poised to become the largest mixed-use community of its kind in the nation to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions.

The energy-efficient FivePoint Valencia plans to introduce a wide range of housing options, commercial space – including healthcare, eco-friendly transportation, schools, and recreation. FivePoint Valencia also will be preserving approximately 10,000 acres, representing about two-thirds of the community’s size, for permanent open space and protection of native habitat and will integrate a network of approximately 50 miles of trails throughout the community.
