It always comes back to the land   The FivePoint story begins with the company’s formation in 2009 — or millennia ago, if you take the long view. Nature shaped the land kindly here, allowing countless generations to make it their home. As Californians ourselves, we’re grateful to play a role in the land’s long history, and to be its respectful stewards. At FivePoint, we see each company milestone as another commitment to doing right by this land and the people who share it.

Through thoughtful planning and strong partnerships, once-dormant or underutilized parcels of land are transformed into dynamic mixed-use communities. FivePoint continues to make progress in creating a blueprint for sustainable communities of the future within California, while honoring and celebrating the unique history of the land.

Great Park Neighborhoods

Great Park Neighborhoods is fulfilling its "Life is Different Here" promise by creating a vibrant community that connects people from all walks of life.

Honoring its agricultural past as Newhall Ranch, Valencia champions healthy environmental practices.

In 2013, the lights went out at San Francisco's Candlestick stadium. This bayfront neighborhood is eager for a revitalizing next act.

The SF Shipyard

Once a pivotal naval center in the 20th century, The SF Shipyard is poised to become a 21st century hub that reflects the city’s diversity, energy, history, and culture.
