Milestones

It always comes back to the land   The FivePoint story begins with the company’s formation in 2009 — or millennia ago, if you take the long view. Nature shaped the land kindly here, allowing countless generations to make it their home. As Californians ourselves, we’re grateful to play a role in the land’s long history, and to be its respectful stewards. At FivePoint, we see each company milestone as another commitment to doing right by this land and the people who share it.

Mountain view

Through thoughtful planning and strong partnerships, once-dormant or underutilized parcels of land are transformed into dynamic mixed-use communities. FivePoint continues to make progress in creating a blueprint for sustainable communities of the future within California, while honoring and celebrating the unique history of the land.
