Nearly 90 graduating seniors shared their favorite moments and memories at Portola High School as part of a video compilation to honor the school’s inaugural graduating class.
Students’ comments were fun and heartfelt, with many centering around their appreciation for their teachers and parents. Principal John Pehrson led off the 28-minute video and integrated it into the school’s virtual graduation ceremony in early June. FivePoint staff helped compile the video.
Portola High School is located within Great Park Neighborhoods and is the newest public high school within the Irvine Unified School District. It was built as part of a public-private partnership between FivePoint’s joint venture, The Irvine Company, and Irvine Unified School District.
